This site has just been converted to Drupal Content Management System. Drupal is an open source program, meaning anyone can use it for free. They have a great community where everyone can contribute according their own talents. Drupal was originally written by Dries Buytaert while in college. Since then it has been a community effort.
It has quite a steep leaning curve but if you are already are familiar with XHTML, CSS and PHP it is much easier. After learning it I feel that up until this time I have just been reinventing the wheel since I have been writing the programming for all of my web sites from scratch. There are so many technologies used in a web site that it difficult for one person to learn them all well. With Drupal you have a starting point with much of the work already done.
