These programs and SEO softwares have now become main stream for 'white hat seo specialists'.

Stating Black hat SEO isnt informative or a good backlink is false, it really depends. If you're spamming search engines and cloaking text, then it's definitely black hat SEO.

I think some black hat SEO techniques need to be revised and put into white hat criteria, because without these programs, white hat SEO would be extremely difficult and only the truly dedicated will commit to manual submissions.
